i love mary-kate's style and this outfit really works for her. she has her own style (unlike most celebrities) and understands that there are no rules in fashion.

i must say that the best dressed was carrie underwood and the worst dressed is deffently mary-kate olsen,carrie pulled off a great outfit and deserves alot of credit but mary-kates was so tragic!

Seriously, I think Nicole Kidman did NOT deserve that loser award. She added the old style long dress with buttons hat you would probably find on an American Eagle t-shirt.

I liked Heidi's dress, I thought the color and length were perfect for her. Yes, the dress lacked a waist line, but the woman is so tiny that her waist doesn't need to be accentuated.
